Company profiles, 3 million demonstrated capabilities analyzed and mapped to the companies that performed them, buying-office and budget intelligence, and analytics and capture tools in one place, with every count traceable to the award it came from. 14-day free trial, no card required.
October 14, 2026. Intelligent Win, an intelligence product by Kinetic Wins, today announced the availability of its competitive intelligence platform for federal capture teams and the people who decide what to pursue. It assembles the government’s own awards, solicitations, performance work statements and budget data into connected company and buying-office profiles, so a team starts from a finished picture instead of building one by hand for every pursuit. The platform tells capture, business development and proposal leaders who they are competing against, which agencies those competitors sell to, and what work they have actually performed under federal contract.
Intelligent Win does the work a capture team used to do by hand. It draws on every public federal source, including USASpending, FPDS, SAM.gov, GSA eLibrary, published budgets and the solicitation documents themselves, then analyzes, connects and reconciles them into a single picture: which companies hold which contracts, for which buying offices, doing what work, at what rate. Capabilities are read from the government’s own descriptions of the work and mapped to the company that performed it. Every figure is checked against the government’s published totals before it reaches the page.
The platform profiles 55,690 active federal services contractors today, a count that grows with every monthly refresh as new companies win federal work, and covers 2.6 million federal contracts, the 43.9 million transaction records behind them, and 22,614 federal buying offices. Every one of the 888,631 companies in the government’s SAM registration file has a page. More than 3 million demonstrated capabilities are mapped to the companies that performed them, built on 1,011,617 federal awards, and each capability links to the award it came from.
Contract vehicles are covered at two depths. Five GSA vehicles, GSA MAS, OASIS+, 8(a) STARS III, VETS 2 and Polaris, are profiled position by position, with every holder’s pools, domains and SINs. Beyond them, 217,992 other federal IDIQs, GWACs and blanket purchase agreements are mapped with their holders and task orders, so a team can see who holds a seat on any vehicle an opportunity rides. Other Transaction agreements, which grew from $2.3 billion in FY2017 to $19.2 billion in FY2024, are tracked from FY2017 forward with the consortia that manage them, and open Commercial Solutions Openings are listed with their topics.
Intelligent Win does not score companies, rank anyone’s likelihood of winning, or characterize a company beyond what the data shows. Capability evidence is graded by what the record supports: demonstrated, contracted, coded, or not yet shown. Where the record cannot support a claim, the claim does not appear. Data is refreshed monthly, and each refresh is checked against USASpending’s published totals before anything downstream is rebuilt.
The platform is intended for the people who own pursuits and the people who approve them: capture managers, business development leaders, proposal managers, program managers, and the small-business owners and executives who decide where to invest. Its tools include Gap Analysis for teaming decisions, a Recompete Brief, buying-office intelligence, watchlists and pursuit tracking, and gate-review briefs, now in beta, prepared for a capture team’s own decision meetings.
“There was never enough time to bring the insight, analytics and competitive intelligence behind our B&PaaS™ client work to everyone who could use it. So we distilled that knowledge and data into a modern competitive intelligence and capture platform. Whether we are supporting a client or a team is using Intelligent Win on its own, the goal is the same: less time behind a screen analyzing data, more time on strategy, teaming and the decision,” said Chuck Hodge, Founder and CEO of Intelligent Win and Kinetic Wins.
Intelligent Win is available now at intelligent.win. Pricing is per seat: Emerging is $60 per seat per month ($50 per seat per month billed annually), and Growth is $120 per seat per month ($100 per seat per month billed annually). Enterprise pricing is provided on request, with a three-seat minimum. New accounts may start with 14 days of full Growth access, with no card required. Trials begin at www.intelligent.win/start.
